Albert's Pilot Hat

Albert's Pilot Hat is worked top-down in the round on double pointed needles. The earflaps are worked back and forth. A pompom can then be attached on top of the hat.

Sizes: 0-3 months (3-6 months) 6-12 months (1-2 years)

Gauge: 22 stitches x 30 rows in stockinette st = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 in 

Suggested needles: Size 4 mm (U.S. size 6) double pointed needles

Materials: 50 (50) 50 (50) g Sunday by Sandnes Garn (50 g = 235 m [257 yds]) (held double) or Anina by Filcolana (50 g = 210 m [230 yds]) (held double). Some leftover yarn in a contrasting colour for the pompom. 1 button (Ø = 12 mm)
