PetiteKnit, Company reg. 36335955, Møllehatten 21, 2.1, DK-8240 Risskov is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data and this Privacy Policy applies to users of our website and webshop located at petiteknit.com.

Legitimate purpose and legal basis

When you purchase products in our webshop, we process your personal data related to your webshop account in order to be able to handle and administer your purchases and provide the best customer service to you, including:

Ordinary personal data (e.g. which products you have purchased, payment information, name, address, delivery address, complaint and return cases, correspondence with our customer service). The processing takes place in order to fulfil an agreement with you and to safeguard your and our interests in providing you with the best possible service.

Retention policy

We store your personal data related to your order as long as you are registered as a customer in our webshop. If you wish to have your information deleted, please contact us as set out above.
