The pattern for the Teddy Pillow contains both the instructions for the square pillows and the bolster pillows. Both are worked in stockinette stitch.  

Sizes: Square pillows, three sizes: 40 x 40 cm (50 x 50 cm) 40 x 60 cm [15¾ x 15¾ inches (19¾ x 19¾ inches) 15¾ x 23½ inches]

Bolster pillows, two sizes: 15 cm diameter x 40 cm (20 cm diameter x 60 cm) [6 inches diameter x 15¾ inches (8¾ inches diameter x 23½ inches]

Gauge: 14 stitches x 22 rows = 10 x 10 cm [4 x 4 inches] in stockinette stitch on a 4 mm [US6] needle, or the required needle to obtain gauge 

Needles: Square pillows: 4 mm [US6] / 60 or 80 cm [24 or 32 inches] circular needle or 4 mm [US6] straight needles

Bolster pillows: 4 mm [US6] double-pointed needles and a 4 mm [US6] / 40 or 60 cm [16 or 24 inches] circular needle

Materials: Square pillows: 100 (150) 150 g Teddy Dear by Gepard Garn (50 g = 75 m [82 yds]) or 200 (300) 300 g Mohair Bouclé by Mohair by Canard (100 g = 170 m [186 yds]) (with two stands of yarn held together), fabric for the back: 42 x 42 cm (52 x 52 cm) 42 x 62 cm [16½ x 16½ inches (20½ x 20½ inches) 16½ x 24½ inches]

Bolster pillows: 150 (250) g Teddy Dear by Gepard Garn (50 g = 75 m [82 yds]) or 300 (400) g Mohair Bouclé by Mohair by Canard (100 g = 170 m [186 yds]) (with two stands of yarn held together)
