Weekend Headband neulotaan suljettuna joustinneuleena ja taitetaan kaksin kerroin. Luomisreuna ja päättelyreuna ovat pannan keskellä sisäpuolella. Ne yhdistetään silmukoimalla. Taitettavissa reunoissa neulotaan onteloneuletta, jotta taitos pysyy paikallaan.
